Refund Policy

Dummy BI does not currently offer a public paid checkout. This policy will apply when paid subscriptions or digital products are made available and will be reviewed before checkout opens.

Consumer withdrawal

Consumers generally have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts under Austrian and EU consumer law. For digital content supplied immediately, that right may expire only after the legally required express consent and acknowledgement have been collected during checkout.

Subscriptions

A subscription may be cancelled at any time once subscriptions are offered. Access will normally continue until the end of the paid billing period. Mandatory withdrawal, warranty, and consumer rights remain unaffected.

Requesting a refund

Email support@dummy-bi.com with the order number and the email address used at checkout. The payment provider identified at checkout may process the refund.
