Agreement

By accessing https://www.dummy-bi.com or using Dummy BI software, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The software

Dummy BI Automate is provided as-is. The free tier is available at no cost for local PBIP processing. Pro features require a paid subscription.

Local processing

All report processing happens locally on your machine. Dummy BI does not access, collect, or store your Power BI files, datasets, or reports.

Marketplace

When the marketplace launches, purchases will be processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy's terms apply to payment processing.

Limitation of liability

Dummy BI is provided without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the software, including but not limited to data loss, report corruption, or business interruption.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
